Topic category: Help with MCreator software
I tried fixing it for 6 hours it. Doesnt work. I checked my firewall, reinstalled MCreator, testet it in a different pc (On the other pc it worked), I just dont understand why it's not working on my pc.

What esactly mean with not work? When you click on the icon mcreator dont starts? Crash when starting?
When i start a workspace it says "MCreator detected Gradle caches got corrupted" then when i delete gradle folder, it says "Workspace setup failed" . And should i give you the logs?
Its an error caused when some files cant be downloaded correctly. Dont worry its quite common, you have to reload the same workspace and It should work. Dont delete the grandle task.
How do i reload a workspace?
Its an option when it crash
where can i find it?
Mcreator should give you a message with the reload option when there is this crash
Anyway try to stop your antivirus for the time mcreator starts
I never said MCreator Crashed.
My antivirus is off, i started MCreator it still didnt work

I have the same problem, and I was originally on version 2021.2, then a misfortune happened, the project stopped working, I restored from a backup and rushed, the workspace does not open, spat, installed 2021.3, started again, but the workspace is not created at all, reinstalled Windows, on two versions, both 2021.2 and 2021.3, the project is not built, either the gradle cache breaks, or the workspace itself, a vicious circle without the slightest idea of a solution. as a result, I'm learning java for modding manually
If 2021.3 still starts, I will take it as a guide by looking at the code of procedures
I'll try deleteting every single mcreator file then look if it will work. Wish me luck
But first i'll make copy of my work ofcourse.
