Its simple! First, if you haven't already, open up Mcreator, and do you see those circles up on the top?
Look for the circle with a line and an arrow pointing up, see it? click it, it will ask you to do stuff like name your mod, the version, etc. once you did that, remember where you put it, putting it in the downloads folder is an example of a good spot, the desktop is too! now. see the circle to the RIGHT of the circle you just clicked? the one with the globe and arrow? click it, now you need to get pictures or screenshots of your mod. once you did that, hold onto them for now! There are 2 ways to do the next step: Either by draging and dropping the screenshots, or by clicking the "Browse" button and finding your screenshots from there! remember to choose a Good screenshot as your first, and primary (first acts as the primary one) screenshot! now just keep filling out the things, your gonna hit another one of those things where you need to upload a file, this times its not screenshots, its your mod! do the same as you did with the screenshots, drag and drop, or browse. Now just fill the rest out, and hit upload! I might make it seem hard in this reply, but its quite simple! Hope this helps!
Oh yeah, and if your having trouble finding the circles and the arrows, Here is a link to an image: https://imgur.com/M4ZQZ1p
The red box is the first circle, where you got the mod file, the 2nd, blue box, is where it brings you to the uploading part!
If it's unpublished (like my mod as an example) you have to ask a moderator for republishing your mod. But i think that there's only a 50% chance to get it republished by moderator's.
