Gradle choosing random chunks of workspace as Errors

I think it may have created something that i doesnt like. Becuase its saying theres errors in Capital letters or something,

When i deleted the items the…

When i deleted the items the are supposedly "corrupted" then it chooses more items as "corrupted", These items are not connected in anyway to make them get corrupted if i delete the source.
