Can't give enchanted tint to block item

Running forge 1.18.2 with MCreator 2022.1 build 19518.

I want to have an unplaceable block item which has an enchanted glow but no actual enchantments. I don't know how to do this, currently if a user tries to place the block, the block just gets deleted. 

I looked at https://mcreator.net/forum/39652/tutorial-enchantment-glow-very-easy but I don't see anything related to the code I'm seeing on the help site and my UI.

How am I supposed to get the enchanted glow on the block item?
