Procedure Broken Thing

So I was working on my "awesome" mod and when I was making an enchantment I needed to make a procedure. I'm not the best with coding, nor drag and drop coding. But basically, when I finished making the procedure for it, mcreator said, "file does not compile properly" it said to go to github but I didn't know where that was so I went here, you could just give me a link or just help me fix it either works.
