how to give recipe to player if player has a vanilla item/block in inventory?

i tried so much and i also asked to ai and it didnt work pls type your procedure here or tell me how i can make it

its actually very simple:

triggers: on player tick update

if: has event/target entity in inventory [your item/block]
do: add recipe {your recipe} to event target entity
