Modded Fences and Walls Don't Connect Properly

Any modded fences and walls I make don't properly connect to each other.

They do connect to modded and vanilla blocks and fence gates.

However, they do not connect to other modded fences/walls.

Modded walls attempt to connect to vanilla walls, but the vanilla walls don't connect to them. Modded fences try to connect to nether brick fences, but the nether brick fence does not connect back, either. Modded fences will not connect to wooden vanilla fences for some reason.

Current workaround: using the debug stick on the walls and fences to manually connect them.
