HowToFix "createMinecraftArtifacts" BuildError for Mcreator2025.3/Forge1.20.1 Tutorial (Especially for Russians)

Hello everyone!

Introduction:

 I live in Russia, and the solution to this error is likely only applicable to Russians, as the cause of the error is clear to Russians: many foreign resources are blocked in our country.

How to fix it? (without VPN)

1. Download Zapret from the developer's OFFICIAL GITHUB! (Flowseal)
   Zapret 

2.  In the "lists" folder look for a .txt file named "list-general"
   

3.  Add the following to the end:

   mcreator.net
   files.minecraftforge.net
   curseforge.com
   pylo.co
   help.gradle.org
   oracle.com
   neoforged.net
   maven.minecraftforge.net
   maven.neoforged.net

4. Save and run general.bat in the main directory (IMPORTANT! It is not known for sure which of the files from the list will suit you; it depends on the provider. It could be either ALT7 or ALT10)

   IMPORTANT! This method ONLY works when Zapret is enabled in the background.
