How do I make a custom mob attack any mob with a specific name tag?

I want my custom mob to automatically attack any nearby mob with a specific name tag. Is this possible?

I didn't really make it so that it automatically chased down the mobs.
I just made the custom mob constantly check its surroundings for mobs with a specific display name and kill them via commands, which is probably not what you're looking for... It's likely not the best way, but it was the only thing I thought of 1 year ago.

If you still need the cluttered code for this, lmk (and sorry if I don't respond because I don't check this website often).

what do you mean with "kill them via commands?" also, do you have discord so we can chat better?
