mobs are spawning a lot, help

I was making a biome and i inserted some vanilla mobs but that happened 

is funny, but i don't want it

here is the spawn rate

You might have to fiddle around with spawn weight in relativity to other mobs spawn rates, it worked for me after about 5 minutes of tinkering.
