Help with right clicking and guis

Hello there, I am trying to make a surgery mod where the player can right click another player with a tool to open up a GUI.

I don't know how to detect what player right-clicked the entity, instead of the entity right-clicked, Does anyone know how to get the entity that right clicked the entity? (sorry, i'm not that great at writing lol)
