I keep spawning in my custom dimension when starting a new world. How do i fix this?

I keep spawning in my custom dimension when starting a new world. How do i fix this?

Im making a modpack with a custom dimension but when I start a new world I spawn in it which is bad because its made that you need overworld equipment to be able to do anything in that dimension. Does anyone know a solution.
