alr so im trying to make a armor that thrust you into the air when sneaking(there boots) and i want to use durability as a fuel gage to stay consistant with the rest of my mod but i dont want it to absorb 6000 damage is there a way i can split the durability? with our using varible cause i have never used them befor and cant get them working.
umm .. you can make it like an elytra situation. where durability0 replaces it with a broken version[without fuel in your case(make it a separate item that isn't in the creative menu anywhere)] and make it so that it gets replaced with the original item after adding fuel.. also make it so that you can add fuel mid-flight to increase the durability (durability +1)
