Help with glowing effect! [SOLVED]

Hi, I'm making a Dragon Ball mod (Because Dragon Block C is only for 1.7.10), but I have a problem making the transformations.

 

I want tomake that all the transformations has the glowing effect, but, all having a different color.

 

And here is were I got the problem, I don't know how to make that the glowing effect that gives to player has color.

Can anyone help me?

 

EDIT: How I solved it? Adding this commands to the procedures:

He isn't making a mod for 1.7.10. He said that he was making a mod because Dragon Block C was only 1.7.10.

You use plugins. And don't ask me how t do this, as i would be of no help. I believe there are plenty of youtube videos that might help you though
