I am trying to make a block that is 2x2 but every time I do the bounding box for it there is always one corner that I can go straight through. I have been trying to fix this for a week now and its getting annoying. I have try so many different ways I just want to know if I am stupid or if its broke.

Maybe it can't be done directly by changing the bounding box, minecraft probably can't handle one outside of 16x16.
Maybe you can try making a procedure that when you place the block you want, around it place automatically invisible blocks (like the barrier or one you can make yourself). I'm attaching pictures of how to do this:

2) Go to triggers section of your block and in the "When block added" trigger select from the drop-down menu the previous procedure
