I'm making a one piece mod and i need help with devil fruits

Im a new in MCreature.ANd know something,but idk how to make a skills.For example im want to do a one piece mod.And im need todo a devil fruit ,but idk how to do this.I can do model make from this food ,but i cant do skills.I'm need to do keybinded skills.If u can help pls.
