A Custom item to work TP (Specific Player to Me)

I'm trying to create item that when you right clicked it must do this : a custom  player that trapped in area (in the area a lot of player can be here because its Multiplayer, but I want especially a specific person that I want maybe can it be like GUI)  teleports to me 1 block away 

How can I do this?
