Creating a custom dimension in MCreator 2023.3 causes the experimental features warning to come up in minecraft.
Image of a quick sample i set up by creating a simple block from a plain white texture. As soon as i added the test dimension the warning comes up in minecraft.

This can't be fixed, its part of minecraft!!
This happens when you have worlds that has dimensions or special features that altered the world generation.
For servers, however, they don't show.
This also highlight the world that has special features (which help you preventing world corruption when playing with different mods or vanilla).
This is normal and by design of Minecraft. Talk to the authors of Minecraft in their feedback channels
