This Generator is built over the old official generator, but this one is NOT official, and is not being maintained by the MCreator Team.

Why should i use this generator?

If you are using this version of minecraft, you will have many more features than those present in MCreator 2023.1, the generator will have full support so if there are any bugs they will be fixed etc. (unlike 2023.1 which is no longer supported). The generator also has a lot of backports (from new versions of MCreator to this one) regarding bug fixes on the generator. If you want to export your mod for multiple versions this generator is for you!

I don't think so, since there is a major change to the block materials (1.20.1) and it requires a change to the MCreator code which is in 2023.3

I thought 1.18.2 doesn't work with 2023.3?

I found a solution to make it work, although I still haven't figured out how to implement the new "features" in Java. It took a while to develop because I was focusing on maintaining/fixing the other generators

and then before releasing the updates for my generators, I always test them before releasing them to the public

It seems that the Item Properties Feature doesn't work in 1.18.2.

Well I tried to make it work, but the Texture doesn't changed at all.

I tested and everything works correctly, are you sure you did everything correctly? if you want help resolving this error (not caused by the code since it works) you can report it on github as a bug by attaching a workspace with that minimum to reproduce it

Do I need to create a new World to make it work?

very odd, I try the example like in the Tutorial of NorthWestTrees with the raining but it didn't change it all.

I did the same thing, I put even more conditions and they worked perfectly

I can always try to solve it if you send me a workspace with minimum reproducible on GitHub as a issue otherwise I can't help you

_Spectrall I cannot use "Place portal for dimension if properly shaped" block.

I get this error message:
Field dimension on block world_make_portal is not defined

I mean the Datalist where I can see the Dimensions is empty.

You need to select a custom dimension

if the problem persists feel free to open an issue on the generator source code page with a minimum reproducible workspace
