Multiplayer disabled on server side mod testing

Hi, I am trying to test my mod on server side testing and when I launch it up, the multiplayer and realms buttons are disabled and it says multiplayer is disabled, check your microsoft account settings. I have no way of doing that because I dont own the testing account.
