Comments

Hi, could you add item states support to geckolib or a blockly to change the texture without having to change to another item.

Hey NerdyPuzzle, I think Geckolib for 2023.2 and 2023.3 need to be improved because my model got crashed and was not able to build while using 2023.1 everything was better not crash and smooth playing

This is for 2023.3 Forge 1.20.1 (47.1.0) I was testing out this mod and found an issue with it's AI with them having bad path-finding. The Mob Can't Open, Close, Move indoors if possible. I See them mostly jumping around at the Door, or don't go near the door and go where my players back is against the wall.

I am trying to install this plugin, but it doesn't work.
On "manage plugins" I have info, that it's installed. But in external API in workspace settings, I don't see geckolib :(
Why? I am using proper version.

I read the tutorial, I made an entity using it, and minecraft crashes. What is the problem? (If there are spelling errors, then this is Google Translate)

for some reason, I do not play the animation of the mob, but it stands in the world, but there are no animations of any kind

textures in minecraft stratify and it looks bad. How fix this?

Can you make it so I can animate the player model or create a clone entity I can animate that coppys the players skin?

Hi , i think i found a bug with animeted armor boots. I opened an issue on github but i dont know if you saw it or already knew about it so just in case i decided to comment here too. So the bug itself is in Mcreator 2023.3 using the plugin v4.9.2 targeting MC version 1.20.1. The geckolib armor boots dont move. The models appears correctly , it just doesnt move when walking , sprinting ,riding etc. The rest of the armor works normaly except from the boots that remain static. I only have one Geckolib Armor set so it could be a mistake on my part , but since i had that armor in my workspace before i transfered the workspace from 1.19 to 1.20 i suspect it could be a bug. Also it could be that it has been like this for some time since i usually only play in first person.

Hello Hello !
i got a little issue with Gecko McCreator Plugin, i'm using version 1.20.1-47.1.0 Forge with GeckoLib v4.9.2 but its crashing when i'm trying to start the minecraft client, i didnt even put entity yet ;-;
i checked the geckolib API everything but doesnt work, did i forgot installing something ? help :(

It would be great if you could also choose an item's type, for example "Sword" or "Pickaxe", as things like the sweeping thing and enchantments are not working with items that are supposed to be swords.
