I've looked everywhere and there is not a single answer nor video on how to get the wolf entity in Mcreator. Only thing I've seen it something about "workbench" which they don't have a single model of anything on the platform. Like no hate to Mcreator but people have been asking this stuff for 2 years now yet there is still no wolf entity. So if somebody could help me figure this out so I can stop stressing over it, that'll be great.
Use Blockbench and create a skin. then select the wolf type model and convert it a modded entity.
