how to edit pre existing piglin trades without replacing them

You would need to recreate it sadly.

But if you go into the game files you could the files that contains the loot tables, lock your trade code, and paste it in, while adding the items you want, it will require you to code but besides changing values and knowing the name of the item, it wont be hard.
