The developers of MCreator only have limited time and resources, so they can't support generators for all Minecraft modloaders across all Minecraft versions.
Sometimes plugins will be created to allow for other versions, but they are made by people working in their free time for no payment, who may be discouraged or annoyed by people shouting at them to do more work for free.
If you really need a specific generator to be made, you could always offer to pay someone if they make a plugin for that version and modloader, that might increase the chances of a plugin being made. Or you could just wait and see if somebody eventually makes a plugin for it. Or you could always learn programming yourself.
