How can I change the maximum level value for example intelligence? And how can you change your level hint when hovering over an item?

in your overlay add a text element and add to its value a procedure that returns the text value of the player level. Also a video guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sg3qzhjgc48

Unrelated but i saw on your mod page you managed to add reach? How exactly did you do that?

The level up system works very good except for the items. Very often, despite having a sufficient level, items wont be usable and will give an effect of infinite nausea.
