is there anyway to make mountains in the newest mcreator version? i wantet to make a peak like biome but i just cant find any parameters help me with it? Should i make a feature? is there just something i did not see yet? i would love to know how to make a mountain because those are some of my favourite biomes in the game.
New world generation doesn't create mountains based on biomes. Instead, the mountains determine the biomes.
The noise settings themselves are easily explained.
Temperature is temperature.
Humidity is how "wet" the air in a biome is supposed to be, like jungles with high humidity, and badlands with low humidity.
Continentalness is how far inland your biome is. That means the higher that number is, the further away it is from oceans, and the other way around.
Erosion is how eroded your biome is. Biomes with higher erosion generate where the terrain is less flat.
Weirdness is more of a playfield value. It usually defines how "weird" a biome looks, but not always. For instance, windswept biomes and mushroom biomes generate at higher weirdness values.
In summary, if you want to make a mountain biome and have it generate at mountains, I would suggest increasing erosion and continentalness. Potentially even limit your temperature to lower values if you want it more realistic, but if you want more playroom, you can use higher temperatures. There aren't really any mountain peak biomes that are hot or warm, so Minecraft fills them with other ones. Those could be yours.
thanks
No problem.
Is there a way to do this In a custom dimension? either nether or end like?
