I published my projects on mcreator and when I waited 5-10 minutes they are was deleted.I don't know how to do it . I NOT BREAKING RULS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read the general publishing guidelines, and the modification publishing guidelines (there is a link to them from the mod upload page). Your projects must have violated at least one of the rules, because that is the only reason that I know of that would cause the moderators to take down a mod.
I had to rename your forum topic because it did not follow General Publishing Guidelines.
I think there is a chance your mod was breaking rules too
