I restarted my PC today, and suddenly it just kept giving me the whole cache issue
I tried restarting again, deleting the folder, excluding it from Windows Antivirus, am definitely connected to the internet, and things were working just fine before restarting.

Most likely servers of something down right now or slow internet / something blocking access to some URLs from your side
It's only happening on one specific workspace, any idea why that would be the case?
Still waiting, I'm working on another project while I wait though
