I tried to transfer energy to the universal wires from the mekanism mod, but it didn’t work, I haven’t tried it with the others yet
By the way, they are also not compatible with import tires from Applied Energeticks

I think the Modder need to support it itself for the Energy to be compatible with their Mod.
