Either you've somehow messed with/deleted the built in resource packs, (though in that case it should be returning error textures), or you've somehow added a resource or shader pack that overrides or reassigns all textures to black. ...Also, your game may just be cursed. I don't think I've ever seen anything like this before.
Could you provide more details? Is this the test client or your normal account? What mods/shaders/resource packs are you using?

I found the problem ! It was my lava texture ! Too big i think so i delete it and that's works !
