I have to make sure that when an item is in off hand it gives me an effect, the only problem is that then the effect I have chosen can no longer be obtained through potions. this is what i do (leave the first ring alone, I just have to work on the second one, that is the blue one)
You should use these blocks instead of the command blocks.
and don't apply it for infinate, just apply it for 2 ticks
