Disable files regenerating option

I make quite complex mod, but I still would like to use MCreator. However - there is an issue, Custom Added items and blocks can't be seen by MCreator in Crafts, Trades, Compostables and other stuff. I would like if team added option in MCreator that disables regenerating every single file in mod that has that property and comment above, and insted you had to do it manually. That would make it much more comfortable. I don't like not being able to make proper seeds for my plants since game just duplicates it, after complaining about it when if only it DIDN'T ADD ANYTHING it would work perfectly fine. It literally makes mistake before launching by adding elements in the code i moved to user made code and then complains about it when it could just do NOTHING and it would be great. Just make us the setting for it to enable or disable code regenerating.

There was such setting before, but users checked it in many cases for no good reason, despite clear warnings what it does because they had no clue about how "code" works and this broke their workspaces.

We have now added user code blocks to allow one to insert custom code. Item and block sections are wrapped by user code blocks, so you can use those two blocks to completely "comment out" default register calls
