so i wanna transfer my fabric project to my forge project so I can have multiple modloaders of it, since forge has almost everything fabric does (expect for a few biome features) I was expecting it to work, but the code of both is different, is there any way to do this though
There might be a way because when I updated from 2023.3 to 2023.4 I updated my neoforge project but i didnt have neoforge for 2023.4 and then it let me change it to forge, now im not sure if i can do this with fabric because neoforge and forge have almost the exact same code but maybe this will help?
"so i wanna transfer my fabric project to my forge project "
Is Not Possible because both modloaders function differently
and search for different files while loading the mods.
oh ok...
I know Im pretty late but hes asking if he can change generator so if he is using a fabric generator can he change it in mcreator to a forge generator so it outputs a forge mod
This is possible, if the new generator you are switching to supports all the features the original generator is using
I found how to do it and the guy after me is right if it supports all the features you are using then go in to work place settings(blue button close to run) and change minecraft version(generator) idk, and change heres the video link if you want extra help "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L45rOlZkJHA&t=6s"
