When trying to make the jigsaw blocks stuck for my structure i was trying to set the max distance to something big but it won't let me set it to anything higher than 116.
This might be way too late but for other people having the same issue:
You have to set the 'terrain matching type' to 'none' in order to get a larger 'max distance from main structure' in your jigsaw. You can find the 'terrain matching type' option in the properties tab or your structure.
This allows the max size to be 128 blocks instead of the 116 you're limited to otherwise, I don't know why the full limit is 128 blocks but it is what it is.
