As seen in the atached screenshot all the procedures are stacked on top of each other.
I removed all Plugins, Latest Version 2024.4 , Forge 1.20.1 Generator

I removed all Plugins, Latest Version 2024.4 , Forge 1.20.1 Generator
With Plugins enabled it also happens to some Tabs from plugins
This is caused by one or more plugins you use. Remove all plugins and add them one by one until you find offenders.
Then get in touch with plugin authors and report them the bug
