The new Dimension is an asteroid that got caught in a Black Hole's Accretion Disk, the asteroid contains valuable resources, and even some ǎ̷̼͉̦l̴͙̀į̵͉̩̌̆͌ę̸̮̞̇͠͠n̴̢͔̔̇ remnants.
Collecting 10 Deepslate and using Nova Dust on it and lighting it using the Horizon Opener, this asteroid will permanently be accessible to you.

The asteroid should orbit distantly the black hole, because if it actually was part of its accretion disc, it would be already torn apart and vaporized.
But since the actual accretion disc is visible from your perspective, this is a non-issue.
