this may be a bug but it has been this way since before 1.19 support when ever i shoot a projectile with (on block hit place block) it replaces the block hit instead of placing block on top so when i go in settings and put place block with Y+1 it wont place at all this only happens with custom blocks i have remade the block several times and made sure the same procedure works with vanilla blocks which means it wont work with a custom block for some reason?

It'd be a little janky but teleport the projectile up by 1 and then run the replace block thingy
