Duplicating an item entry and changing its texture won't visually show it when in the workspace or item select popup

This bug has been infuriating. It really makes me forget which item i select, what entry is the right one, and a lot of other issues.

It updates when you close…

It updates when you close and re-open MCreator. Not an ideal solution, but it can help if you are consistently clicking on the wrong one. You can also hover your mouse over an item/block entry for a few seconds and it should show the name of it.
