Block Output/Input slots/can items be extracted/inserted into them checking

Hello, I've been having an issue.
I want to make item transfer for a tech mod and I want to check if a slot can be extracted from or if an item can be inserted into it, compatible with the current mcreator slot restriction system. Is there a way to check if the slot can be used to input items into it or not?

Please, this is my last resort.
