Perpetual loading of Mcreator

I run Mcreator - the eternal download doesn't even open the window to create the mod, I run it through Mcreator.bat is loading, then it doesn't load any further

 

I launched it, and everything is like that, the screensaver is eternal, it no longer starts, I have already deleted and downloaded again, but nothing helps.
