This is a sneak peek to my upcoming mod, Minecraft: Drought.
Minecraft: Drought drops you into a parched, dystopian world where rain hasn’t fallen in years. The trees are dead. The rivers are dust. The only thing that moves beneath the sand… is the leeches.
You survive on cactus water and sand leeches—but beware: the leeches are trying to survive on you. Heatstroke stalks you in the open sun. Your food rots in the light. And the only way to stay alive is to trade lead ore with the desert’s last survivors.
Need a parasol to block the sun? Salt to preserve your food? Water to drink? You’ll have to pay. But if you don’t have lead… you’re not a customer. You’re prey.
Survive 100 days and a portal appears to a dimension untouched by the scorching drought. But beware. The longer the drought lasts, the harsher it becomes.
Bear the hunger. Bear the thirst. Survive the drought.

I might tweak the mod a bit
I think it is fixed. However I am having trouble with this mod in general...
But maybe I should have some kind of variable that like increases by 10 or so for each tier of difficulty on the world and then do "if days played>or equal to 100+ [variable] then spawn the portal" or something like that
But I think I might make Minecraft: Deep Freeze first where you have to hold torches etc to not freeze to death.
