Hi mods. I was wondering, are ore packs of real ores ok if they aren't just like "oh you get ruby armor and ruby tools now" and have something unique to the ore. Also are decor blocks ok or do they count as blocks that are only visual and do nothing, which are not allowed per the mcreator rules.
I'm not a moderator, this is just my understanding based on what mods I have seen:
Decorative mods are allowed, at least if enough effort is put into the textures.
For a mod with real ore packs, I'm pretty sure that it is good if enough effort is put into the textures and the ores have something that sets them apart from 'iron, but stronger'

If there is functionality beyond making ton of ores or having "very unique" ores, then yes, it is fine.
Like new mechanics out of those ores
