ONE NIGHT TO DIE
What is this?
One Night to Die is a Minecraft mod that takes survival to a whole new, deadly level. This mod increasing the number of monsters at night and giving them armor and weapons. Mod also improves the AI of the mobs. Mod is for Forge 1.20.1 and NeoForge 1.21.1. If anyone has an idea what else could be added to this modification please write in the comments!

SKELETON AND STRAY CAN ALSO DOUBLE SHOOT!

The arrows on their way to the golem could have hit the spider right? Notice how the arrows bounced off it and didn't deal any damage. This is a new mechanic that prevents skeleton arrows from damaging other mobs. This will allow mobs to work more as a team and not attack each other!

MORE INFO ABOUT WHAT MOD ADDS AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN EACH DIFFICULTY MODE:

MOD IS CONFIGURED AND WORKS GREAT WITH OTHER MODS LIKE "INFERNAL MOBS" BUT MAY NOT WORK WITH SOME MODS!
HP: 500 (EXTREME) 1000 (ULTRA EXTREME)
He have new attacks like shooting more dragon breath balls, can shoot fireballs. Can also breath fire when player is close. At Ultra Extreme mode he can regenerate crystals.
HP: 800 (EXTREME) 1000 (ULTRA EXTREME)
Depending on the difficulty mode, he fires significantly more projectiles. Wither can also shoot explosive bullets and is more aggressive.
HP: 250 (EXTREME) 500 (ULTRA EXTREME)
He can throw a tridents, inflicts more hostile effects on the player and he is more durable. At Ultra Extreme mode he can charge towards the player.

Thanks! I used custom code. A variable is responsible for selecting the difficulty level. Before spawning a dragon it checks the difficulty level selected and modifies the dragon's abilities based on that level. During normal attacks code checks which difficulty level is active Extreme or Ultra Extreme. The fire breath attack tracks the player's position and if the player is close the dragon starts breathing fire. The same as with regular fireballs it shoots like a ghast. like it's trying to predict where the player will appear and shoots. Ofc there are cooldowns. Regarding crystal respawning the dragon checks if ultra extreme mode is activated (variable). If it's not it won't respawn crystals. If ultra extreme mode is activated it will respawn crystals. It retrieves the position of all crystals and tracks which ones have been destroyed by the player periodically respawning them. On Ultra extreme dragon is so hard even I struggle to beat him haha.
