Can someone create a plugin

can a plugin dev make a new feture on top bar in tools called tools and armor which is create tool pack and create armor pack i lost my workspace by deleting some workspaces i deleted that one on acident where i was making tools and armor for all blocks it would help so much i was 10 away from being done and it would be faster please if you know any devs for plugin tell them i use 2025.3 neoforge 1.21.8 also add to it a mace creator that in workspace setting allows it to create a mace if you do it make it create a blockname you select heavy core and add a recipie where a heavy core surrounded by the pack block./item and crafted with a breeze rod and that enw heavy core and it works like a real mace pls if it way too hard tell me i will try not to be sad its impossible if it is also for toolpack anme it takes what ever the block u chose and make it that for a space  it used _ pls it will be better then i can finnally post or if u want to u can make it generate for all blocks/item with 1 click of a button if you want ifs okay if too hard
