This Generator is built over the old official generator, but this one is NOT official, and is not being maintained by the MCreator Team. This is a fork of the original forge 1.12.2 plugin, in the future this plugin will (slowly) add the features that were not added to 1.12.2 during the MCreator updates via plugin (if they can be supported), the plugin will also be available in the future for MCreator 2026.1.

Why should i use this generator?
If you are using this version of minecraft, you will have many more features than those present in MCreator 2020.2, the generator will have full support so if there are any bugs they will be fixed etc. (unlike 2020.2 which is no longer supported). The generator also has a lot of backports (from new versions of MCreator to this one) regarding bug fixes on the generator. If you want to export your mod for multiple versions this generator is for you!
