Topic category: Help with Minecraft modding (Java Edition)
Making my own mob for the first time. I'm doing it on the latest version 2026.1. I can't figure out how to make a mob tame. And one more thing: I want my mob not to walk, but to jump like a slime (from a slime only as it jumps, I don't want it to be completely like a slime - entity base won't do) Help please
Try using only the leap instead of wander around task?
As for taming there are options for making an entity tameable within the entity element.
