I have mods that worked on the other pc edition but i try them on the windows 10 edition (after renaming the file type to ".mcpack") and it says "unable to find manifest in pack"

Why did you rename the file

Why did you rename the file type to .mcpack? What was it before that?

You should often use some converter to do that cind of stuff. You often just can't rename it because then it won't work correctly.

It's very simple why it does

It's very simple why it does not work, Windows 10 ED is pocket ED but tweaked there for not JAVA, mods only work on JAVA versions of minecraft, please learn the platforms and tools and games your using before even thinking about modding.
