I would like to know how to make my custom log block behave how the vanilla logs do (click the side of a block the log places sideways) if anyone can help me please do i am new to Mcreator and have no idea how this is done.
You have to make a new block for every direction it faces (up, north, east, is all you need.). Then you have to do something about how you are facing and stuff but I don't know how to do that, I was just helping the best I could.
You can use schematics. There are a bunch of samples. Just search: "Custom Tree schematics minecraft".
Or you can watch tutorials, how to make your own one.
