Removed Mod element from Workspace but still getting name conflict error

Issue description

Deleted Mod element from workspace but when trying to create a new Mod element with the same name it was telling me that the "Mod element already exists". Restarting MCreator did not help. Had to clear and basically reset the entire workspace for this conflict to go away.

Did the mod element disappear from the mod list? Was it a new workspace or imported one?

Do you still have this workspace so I can verify what could the issue be?

It definitely was a new workspace. The mod element did not disappear. I deleted it. Then, when I went to create a new Mod element with the same name sometime later it gave me that error. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce it.
