Unrealistically large weapons and empty textures

| Preparation |Hello everyone, i recently encountered a very interesting problem, in short, 3D models were made in Qubicle Voxel Editor at 200x32x64 - I wanted to try to make a mod on Kar98k from PUBG. 
| MCreator 1.7.4 [1.10.2] | as soon as the compilation was over, I ran into a strange problem, the weapon was unusually huge, and it did missing texture + it weapon strangely held in his hand.

So you have no idea of what you have done, do you

every 32 pixels (voxels, whatever) are a meter

your model is 200x32x64

just do the math

(and redo the model, but smaller)
